CAPPY, Justice.

The question presented in this appeal is whether summary judgment was properly entered against Kenneth Washington ("Appellant"), a limited tort elector, in his action for noneconomic losses arising out of an automobile accident. Because we find that Appellant has not presented sufficient evidence to show that he suffered a serious impairment of a body function, and therefore has not shown he is entitled to recover...
