The instant adversary proceeding arises out of a disturbing factual scenario in which the defendant, Central Credit Fund, Inc. ("Central"), engaged in the self-help repossession of the debtor's residential real estate. At a time when the debtor was only two months in default on a small second mortgage, Central, without providing any notice whatsoever, locked the Debtor out of his house and assumed control thereof...
