This appeal arises from the conviction of four defendants, Mario Méndez, Pedro González, George Berríos, and Hannover Alberto Segura of various offenses relating to possession and distribution of heroin. Their arrests and convictions were the result of an extended undercover and surveillance operation conducted by law enforcement agents seeking to discover the source of an increased heroin trade in Portland...
