In this tort case, the defendant, the City of Shreveport, appeals the trial court judgement in favor of the plaintiffs, Wayne O'Riley and Barbara O'Riley, finding the City of Shreveport liable for negligence and 100% at fault, and awarding Mr. O'Riley general damages, past medical expenses, future medical expenses, future prescription medications, costs for yard and pool services and awarding Mrs. O'Riley damages for loss of consortium.
