This case involves the timeliness of a discrimination claim filed by Donald Washington against the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority("WMATA"). Washington raises various arguments as to why this court should permit him to proceed on his claim, notwithstanding his failure to satisfy a clear filing requirement with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC").
