Sharon Sherman appeals from a district court order affirming the industrial commissioner's award for scheduled injuries pursuant to Iowa Code section 85.34(2) (1995). She challenges Iowa's scheduled injury system on constitutional grounds. She also takes issue with the commissioner's refusal to award her disability benefits for unscheduled injuries, claiming that substantial evidence does not support the refusal.
