Francesca Nicole Amos brought suit against NationsBank, N.A. (NationsBank) to recover damages for personal injuries she sustained when she fell on ice located on NationsBank's premises. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Amos. The trial court, however, set aside the verdict and entered final judgment in favor of NationsBank. Amos appeals from that judgment.
