This subrogation action arises out of a fire in the Commonwealth's Transportation and Safety Building in Harrisburg. Before the Court is defendant's motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 86) on plaintiff's claims under strict products liability (count I), breach of express warranty (count II) and negligence (count III).
