This matter is before the Court on the appeal of appellant-debtor ("Williams") from a Decision and Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island. The Decision below established the effective date of the Bankruptcy Court's denial of debtor's requested discharge. That Decision also had the effect of lifting the automatic stay that attaches upon the filing of a bankruptcy petition...
