Plaintiffs PerSeptive Biosystems, Inc. and Purdue Research Foundation (collectively "PerSeptive") have filed motions (1) to vacate the March 31, 1997 order on correction of patents; (2) to enter a judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b); and (3) to withdraw the motion to correct inventorship.
