The district court sustained the special appearance filed by the defendant-appellee Philadelphia Bar and Grill of Arizona, Inc., and subsequently dismissed the cause of the plaintiff-appellant, Castle Rose, Inc. The defendants-appellees Paul D. Kogel, David T. Robinson, and Thomas D. LeClair were all shareholders of the Arizona corporation. Asserting that the district court erred in finding it lacked personal jurisdiction over the Arizona corporation...
