Alliant Techsystems, Inc. (Alliant Tech), the Alliant Techsystems Pension and Retirement Administrative Committee (PRAC), and Mellon Bank, N.A. (collectively Alliant) appeal the district court's order granting summary judgment for Mary Ellen Marolt, and denying Alliant's cross-motion for summary judgment, in this Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) lawsuit.
