Kendall Knowles (KNOWLES) was the sole shareholder, director and president of KZK Livestock, Inc. (KZK). KZK had a checking account at the First National Bank of Blandinsville (FIRST). KNOWLES was also a 60% shareholder, a director, and the principal officer of Southwest Feed & Grain, Inc. (SFG). SFG had a checking account at the Citizens National Bank of Macomb (CITIZENS). KNOWLES was not an authorized signatory...
