Becky Collins brought this action against Bisson Moving & Storage, Inc. for personal injuries that she alleged resulted from a collision between a Bisson tractor-trailer and an ambulance in which she was riding. Collins was being transported to the hospital after her parked car was struck by a vehicle driven by Jean Wiles. The Bisson truck struck the ambulance as it pulled onto the interstate.
