Lachonne Bell appeals the grant of summary judgment by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas2 in this diversity case in which she sought payment under two accidental death insurance policies upon the death of her ex-husband. Bell also appeals the district court's denial of her motion to amend her complaint. We affirm.
