Jose Luis Snell solicited a bribe to deliver a "not guilty" verdict from the jury on which he served. He was then prosecuted and stands convicted by his guilty plea. He appeals only his sentence. He argues that the district court erroneously applied a sentencing enhancement for bribery of a "government official" in a "high-level decision-making or sensitive position" under U.S.S.G. § 2C1.1(b)(2)(B).
