OPINION

JONES, District Judge.

The question in this case is whether the Farm Service Agency's decision not to service the plaintiffs' farm loan was supported by substantial evidence and whether the hearing officer committed legal errors requiring a remand for further consideration. I find that the decision was supported by substantial evidence and that no remand is necessary. Accordingly, I affirm the agency's decision under the Administrative Procedures...
