The petition and supplemental petition contain six charges of professional misconduct against the respondent. By stipulation dated April 21, 1997, Charges One, Five, and Six were amended. After a hearing, the Special Referee sustained all of the charges against the respondent. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report. The respondent does not oppose the Grievance Committee's motion...
