The above-captioned civil action arises out of a motor vehicle accident. On August 2, 1987, 4-year-old Jennifer Sutika was killed in a single vehicle accident in Penn Township Clearfield County. This underinsured motorist case was decided by arbitrators. Upon praecipe submitted on behalf of Michael Sutika, plaintiff, the prothonotary subsequently entered a judgment of $250,000 plus interest and costs against Erie Insurance Company...
