Ziraat Bankasi, New York Branch ("TCZB" or "the Bank"), and its General Manager, Ozer Ozman, after TCZB dismissed Marfia from his position as its Senior Vice President in 1987. Marfia raised federal and state law claims of age and national origin discrimination...
