William Thompson appeals his habitual felony offender sentence which the trial court imposed after Thompson entered an open no contest plea to escaping from police custody, obstructing or opposing an officer with violence, no valid driver's license and alteration of license plates. Because the trial court failed to comply with the requirements of Ashley v. State, 614 So.2d 486
