In this appeal, we affirm the trial court's denial of a petition for return of property seized during a search of the petitioner's home. The Superior Court prevented the petitioner from raising issues concerning the legality of the search, finding that these issues had been adjudicated during the petitioner's criminal trial and were collaterally estopped.
