Defendant Anthony M. Shea appeals his four-count conviction for attempted armed bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d), use of a firearm during a crime of violence in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and two counts of interstate transportation of stolen motor vehicles in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312. Shea was sentenced to 567 months...
