LANDAU, Judge.

Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for failure to perform the duties of a driver when property is damaged. ORS 811.700(1)(b). He asserts that the trial court committed two errors: (1) failing to grant his motion for judgment of acquittal on the ground that the state failed to prove that he damaged another vehicle; and (2) giving a jury instruction that listed as an element of the crime that defendant knew he had been involved in a collision...
