Appellant Anthony Wayne Fultz was charged and convicted of (1) possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver methamphetamine; (2) simultaneous possession of controlled substances and firearms; (3) conspiracy to deliver the controlled substance methamphetamine; (4) criminal use of a prohibited weapon; and (5) possession of drug paraphernalia.
