STOVER, Justice.

This case involves a dispute on the interpretation of the terms of a written contract for the sale of rice. Appellant, the seller, sued appellee, the buyer. The case was tried to a jury and the jury rendered a verdict that appellee failed to comply with the agreement, but appellee's failure to comply was excused.
