The Defendant appeals the sentence imposed in connection with his guilty plea to two counts of sexual battery.

On December 18, 1993, Kenneth Morgan fondled a twelve-year-old female while at the Defendant's apartment in the parish of Lafayette. The Defendant touched the child's genitals and breasts.
