A jury found appellant guilty of delivery of marihuana and the trial court sentenced him to forty-four years' confinement.1 Appellant's sole point of error is a Batson challenge. We must decide whether the prosecutor offered a race-neutral basis for challenging a Hispanic potential juror, and, if so, whether the trial court's decision to accept the prosecutor's explanation should be sustained.
