DeAngelo "Man" Green and Thomas "Bernard" Landon, together with a third individual who was tried separately,1 plotted and carried out on the night of April 10, 1991, a plan to rob and kill a local drug dealer and, in the process, seriously wounded the drug dealer's associate.
