708 So.2d 1044 (1998)

Eric WALKER, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

May 6, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Bernard S. Fernandez, Assistant Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Maya Saxena, Assistant Attorney General, Ft. Lauderdale, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

While we affirm Appellant's conviction for possession of cannabis with intent to sell, the state acknowledges that the trial court should have granted Appellant's motion to dismiss the other charge of possession of cannabis in excess of twenty grams. Therefore, we reverse as to count II and remand.
