OPINION

LIVINGSTON, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Appellant Sandra L. Peterson (Peterson) appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the City of Fort Worth (the City) in her premises liability action. In a single point, Peterson contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of the City because the condition was a special defect as a matter of law. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
