BLUE, Judge.

Patricia Leib Lerner, the wife, appeals the nonfinal order granting a motion to compel the listing of the marital home for immediate sale. We have determined that the order is not appealable under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130, and treat the matter as a petition for writ of certiorari. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.030(b)(2)(A). We grant the petition and quash the order.
