Appellants, Anita De Armond Vogel and Garrett Vogel ("Vogels"), appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, The Travelers Indemnity Company ("Travelers"). The Vogels sued Travelers for various claims relating to Travelers' refusal to renew and extend certain indebtedness and its foreclosure of the real property securing the payment of that debt.
