LÓPEZ, Justice.

INTRODUCTION

Appellant, Douglas Fields, was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery by using and exhibiting a deadly weapon. Evidence at trial showed that Fields, with two other men, entered a liquor store and robbed the clerk working there at gunpoint. Fields was sentenced to forty-five years in prison and fined $10,000. He appeals his verdict on four points of error, claiming that the trial court committed reversible...
