This is an appeal from a temporary injunction1 entered in favor of Registered Nurse Care Home (RNCH), Donna Strange, and Dennis Strange, the appellees and plaintiffs below, against the City of Friendswood, Texas, the appellant and defendant below. We dissolve the temporary injunction.
