Appellant, Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund (hereinafter "MOPERM"), appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Respondent, Charles Maggard Agency, Inc. (hereinafter "Maggard"). MOPERM is a liability insurance carrier that has an agency agreement with Maggard. MOPERM contends the trial court erred in ruling that MOPERM owes Maggard the 1996 and 1997 renewal commissions...
