Appellants, Elmer and Dorothy Thompson ("Thompsons"), filed a garnishment action against appellee, Harco National Insurance Company ("Harco"). They claimed they had a final judgment against Harco's insured, John W. Henderson, d/b/a John W. Henderson Trucking Co.
