Michael H. Loebach appeals from the July 22, 1997, judgment of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire granting summary judgment in favor of Heidelberg Harris, Inc. ("Harris"). The district court held that Loebach lacks standing to sue for patent infringement occurring prior to July 31, 1991, the date on which Loebach obtained legal title to the asserted patent.
