This case involves a slip and fall accident in which plaintiff, Roger Bruno, claims he was injured by slipping in water on the premises of defendant, Albertson's, Inc. From a judgment in favor of defendant, dismissing plaintiff's claim, plaintiff appeals. For the following reasons, we affirm.
