Ted and Therese Landry, individually and d/b/a Ted Landry Transports, filed suit against Southern Siding Co. Inc. (hereinafter "Southern Siding") seeking damages for injuries sustained in an automobile accident involving the defendant's employee, Eric Fincke. The plaintiffs alleged that Southern Siding should be held vicariously liable for the conduct of its employee, Mr. Fincke, who was acting in the course and scope of his employment at the time...
