Originally indicted for aggravated rape, La. R.S. 14:42, Tracy Hill pled guilty to the reduced charge of sexual battery, R.S. 14:43.1. The District Court imposed the maximum sentence of 10 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, suspension of sentence, or eligibility for good time, and denied a motion to reconsider.
