Hoefer, appeals from the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, and sexual assault on a child as part of a pattern of sexual abuse.
