This matter comes before this Court on Commerce National Insurance Services, Inc., ("CNIS") and Commerce Bancorp, Inc.'s ("CBI") application for preliminary injunctive relief against Commerce Insurance Agency, Inc. ("CIA"), and CIA's application for preliminary injunctive relief against CNIS. These applications arise out of a service mark dispute between the parties.
