Plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their wrongful death action against Avondale Industries, Inc. We affirm.

Plaintiffs, the heirs of Earlven Gauthe (who died on May 13, 1996 of mesothelioma), filed a wrongful death action against his former employer, Avondale Industries, Inc. (Avondale).
