[¶ 1.] Louise and Gary Urban both appeal from the final judgment in their divorce action. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for a determination of general alimony.

FACTS

[¶ 2.] Urbans were married on January 15, 1972, in Chamberlain, South Dakota. During the marriage, Gary ran the family farm operation. Louise did not work outside the home until 1990, when she began a series of shortterm
