The defendant Florida Power Corporation (FPC) appeals from a final judgment and damages award in favor of plaintiff Harry Stanley Broaddus on his claim that his employment with FPC was terminated in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et. seq. Broaddus cross-appeals contesting an evidentiary ruling made by the district court and the court's refusal to award reinstatement. We REVERSE...
