After a bench trial in county court, Cheri L. Stott was convicted of violation of a Lincoln city ordinance and sentenced, in part, to imprisonment. Having found a violation of Stott's right to counsel, the district court affirmed Stott's conviction but reversed her sentence and remanded the matter with direction to modify Stott's sentence by deleting the provisions relating to imprisonment.
