United Pacific Insurance Company and Reliance Insurance Company ("Defendants") appeal the district court's denial of their Rule 60(b) motions seeking relief from judgment. Defendants also challenge the fairness of the proceedings on remand from the previous appeal of this case, arguing the district court's procedures prevented a fair and accurate computation of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's ("FDIC") net recovery from the settlement...
