OPINION

COATS, Chief Judge.

Lindalee Cowles was convicted, following a jury trial, of theft in the second degree, a class C felony. AS 11.46.130(a). Superior Court Judge Ralph R. Beistline sentenced Cowles to serve eighteen months of incarceration with twelve months suspended. Judge Beistline placed Cowles on probation for a period of five years.
