JOHNSON v. STATE

No. 98-305.

708 So.2d 691 (1998)

Ricardo JOHNSON, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District.

April 24, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ricardo Johnson, Punta Gorda, pro se.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Anthony J., Attorney General, Daytona, for Respondent.

Thus, there is no necessity for this court to act. See Scarborough v. State, 262 So.2d 674...
